How fast is “fast”?
Most quotes go out the same day we get your part or photos. Pool replacement parts typically ship in 48 hours, jigs and fixtures in about 72 hours from an approved quote, and full custom drawer systems run about 10 days from measurement to delivery. Your quote states your date.
Do I need a CAD file?
No. A CAD file is fastest, but most jobs start from a photo, the broken original part, or a sketch with dimensions. We handle the engineering.
Is 3D-printed strong enough to replace my part?
For most non-structural parts, yes, and often tougher than the brittle original. We match the material to the job: outdoor-rated ASA for pool and weather duty, impact-rated PCTG for drawers and daily abuse, nylon and carbon-fiber blends for fixtures. If a part shouldn't be made this way, we tell you and say why.
Will it look 3D printed?
No. Finish is part of the job. Parts are engineered and finished to sit next to machined or cabinet-grade work.
What does it cost?
Custom means quoted, but as a guide: pool replacement parts commonly run a fraction of replacing the whole assembly, fixture work is typically well under the machined-aluminum quote, and drawer systems are priced per drawer or as a kitchen package. Every quote is fixed price before we start.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. One part is a normal order here.
What about food contact and dishwashers?
Drawer organizers are made from materials suitable for holding clean utensils. They are hand-wash; full trays don't go in the dishwasher. If you need dishwasher-safe components, ask, and we'll design removable sub-trays for it.
Can you copy a patented or branded part?
We make replacement parts to restore your own equipment and custom parts you have rights to. We don't knowingly reproduce another company's protected product for resale.
Do you handle defense, CUI, or ITAR work?
Yes, with a separate process. Do not send controlled files through this website or standard email. Contact us first and we'll set up secure transfer and handling before any data moves.
Do you work with businesses on repeat orders?
That's most of what we do. Pool service companies, machine shops, molders, and cabinet shops get account terms after a few clean orders. See Ordering.
Where are you, and can I pick up?
Macomb County, Michigan. Local pickup and local delivery are both available; we ship anywhere in the US.
What if the part doesn't fit?
If it doesn't match the agreed spec, we remake it free or refund you. That's the guarantee, in writing, in Warranty.
