How ordering works

1. Quote
Send the part, a photo, a sketch, or CAD through the quote form, or text photos to our number. You get a fixed price, the material we recommend and why, and a delivery date, typically the same day. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
2. Approval and payment

We take card, ACH, and checks from established accounts. Work starts when the deposit lands.
3. Build and delivery
Your date is on the quote. Rush service is available on most parts, ask when you quote. Local pickup and delivery in Macomb County, or shipped anywhere in the US at cost.
Changes and cancellations
Before production starts: change or cancel freely. After production starts: material and time spent are billed; anything not yet built is not. Custom work that's already built can't be cancelled, but the fit guarantee still applies.
