Warranty, returns, and the fit guarantee

The fit guarantee

Every part is built to the spec on your quote. If it doesn't match that spec, we remake it free or refund you in full, your choice. Send a photo of the problem within 14 days of delivery and we'll take it from there.

90-day workmanship warranty

For 90 days from delivery, we cover defects in materials and workmanship: layer separation, cracked walls under normal use, failed joints, finishes that don't hold. We repair, remake, or refund at our call.

What's not covered

Damage from misuse, modification, or conditions outside the part's stated rating (heat, chemicals, loads we didn't design for); normal wear on consumable parts like soft jaws; and parts used outside the application we quoted them for. If a part is rated for something, the rating is on the quote.

Returns on custom work

Custom parts are made for you and can't be restocked, so there are no change-of-mind returns. The fit guarantee and warranty above are the protection, and they're stronger than a return policy: a part that's wrong costs you nothing.

Structural and load-bearing parts

We don't sell parts as structural or load-bearing unless the quote explicitly states a rating. A part not marked with a rating is not certified to carry loads.
